I do not understand Punjabi language. But, I did understand the topic. I am alone in life and fear many things. As a child adopted, I feel distant from most people. The only two people who helped me are my parents. At times I feel very disrespectful to them. I’m not sure what I would have become if they never helped me grow and taught me life. I feel my excuses are not legitimate, except, I am so alone and distant from people. I wish I had a wife, a family. I would have much different respect if I could feel love and be socially interactive with kids, and have a relationship that has love. But I do not. I wish I could change who I was and who I am

It's not easy to be in that situation and to navigate this feeling of void and being stuck. But please believe that change is possible. Counselling really really helps our feeling and healing process. I hope you reach out to someone and are able to move forward from your position, all the best ❤!

I have respect for your reply. I have thought of counseling. Except in the end, I’m still alone, facing things that do not change, and people who do not change. Medicine is wrong too. I understand that having tips or insights on how to deal with trauma in life , or the uncontrolled things, could benefit, and I appreciate you

@@toddgraham8653I hear you Todd ❤. Yet when we are alone, meeting someone, especially who is not part of our current reality, in whom we can place our trust and really feel the courage to open up and be, it does something to our soul, something positive. And that is the start of the healing journey. Maybe it will take time (and it does), but it is worth everything. Find a counselor who is a good match to you, and give it a try. :)

I believe if I had happiness inside my empty life, a home full of love kids, a dog, a wife, I would be so much better off. I would be internally happy and have love for all people. I feel like my emptiness is lashed out on the only two people who care for me on earth. The only two people who have gave me love, and protection. And I still find a way to disrespect my parents

Do things that make people respect you and when you do that your child will respect you as well
If you are fat and sit at home all day and complain “my child doesn’t respect me” nobody respects you anyway why your child would?
