Bro whenever idols would write letters to fans, I would just sit there baffled like how tf people read these. Then, over time you start picking up patterns, like with any language learning process
Lmao looks like my crappy English handwriting. My handwriting in Spanish and Korean is so nice I get complimented for it all the time. But my native one is awful. When you spend time learning it, it really changes the outcome. I don't even remember how I learned to write English.
How is your Spanish handwriting any different from your English handwriting? It's the same alphabet after all. I don't want to sound rude I'm just genuinely confused. I don't think my Spanish and English handwriting is any different than my "native" handwriting in German (and how I used to write Latin in school lol). I would love to have better handwriting in other languages😅
@@hannah-ek3yw Sure let me break it down. Handwriting is at its core, muscle memory. In your brain you can imagine each language has a light switch. You turn on Spanish it turns off English vice-versa. It happens instantly. You can't speak two languages at the exact same time your brain doesn't work that way. But switching languages for a true bilingual is as easy as breathing, most bilinguals can attest to it. So, when you're in the Korean language mindset your muscle memory that you've built for Korean handwriting will turn on. As long as you've slowly learned to write in the target language and didn't rush through it forcing your old muscle memory onto a new language, you'll eventually make a new one. Like creating a new folder on a computer where you store information that you can open at any time. And that... is how I can easily change my handwriting for English, Spanish, and Korean. In theory, I could change my English handwriting too, but it takes double the effort to ignore and replace your own muscle memory you've already built especially depending on your age. Also for a super cheat way of doing it, change your dominant hand. I write English and Spanish with my left hand, and Korean with my right. Less confusing for your brain if that helps at all, but you have to teach yourself to write again like a baby lmao.
@@eonfluxparadox ok that does make sense thank you for the explanation:). Based on what you said I think my Spanish handwriting is the same as my German bc I grew up bilingual so I didn't have to concentrate on my writing while learning vocabulary. And I started learning English in 3rd grade so I still didn't have my "personal" handwriting and I guess the way I write just "merged" with how I write German idk how to explain it. As for Korean I had to learn a whole new alphabet so it's no wonder that my handwriting used to look super stiff and like a toddler tried to imitate the letters
Thank you for explaining, caz at like learning stage with my 50-50 korean undersandable brain there was no way i could understand 4 syllable+ words , now i read 3 lines from my old screenshot hehe happy~ 😊
Yesss but i honestly find it so hard to fit in as much information as i want into short form content, but its something i’ll have to get used to now 🥺🥺
@@rhea_irl don't worry you'll get used to it soon ...you could also take help of others Korean content creators strategy, create poll and make a certain shorts about that , and fulfill the request of your subscribers by making shorts on the topic they want ^^
