These houses are what I think of when I imagine a florida home lol! I’ve never been to florida. The first house was lovely and the trees were amazing! The second was nice but not the greatest location. Great video!
@@joshbryanrealtor oh I will! I got an in cuz my daughter’s boyfriend has a farm near land o lakes. I’ll give it a year and if they’re still together I gotta meet the parents lol!
No more hoa houses will kill my channel and business lol, but I'll throw them in every now and then....especially when I am in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
At the price point of the second house I think that builder should have talked to the builder of the first one and learn about fixtures at their price point you can't sell a million plus dollar home with Walmart style fixtures and if that price I better not see carpet or wire in my closets.$300,000 off because he dropped the ball on the little things that make it go pow He's going to have to drop it again.
The epoxy floor with the teal in it it's not terribly ugly I like teal but it doesn't match the house it's out of place this company this builder they need a design team to help them they really dropped the ball My uncle built high-end homes from fort Lauderdale all the way up to Jupiter and I can say he would Make heads roll with the mistakes on that second house. I wouldn't even show it to my clients sadly not as new construction😢
Flipper houses look all the same. Too bad they covered the original tarrazo floors. One presumes that the plumbing has been replaced? So much of the original plumbing under the slab always fails. Just say NO to flipper finishes. It all looks like crap from Home Depot.
All that glass railing on the outside when I buy that house it better come with window washers because that's a daily thing between the rain and the saltwater I'm not spending my life everyday cleaning them to make them look decent. I'll admit very pretty just not practical not in Florida
True, but you can also deal with that in some HOA neighborhoods that back to non hoa areas since land is limited here. Good thing is we all have choices lol.
Love the driving video
Glad you like it.

@@bibiijaz6238 ha ha....I used to live in Land O Lakes.
The florin and the first one is out of this world beautiful but the LED lighting around the baseboard is destroying the glamor of it.😢
More no hoa houses, old flipped houses are amazing

Hey Josh, I have a house in St. Pete Beach for sale for $375,000, 6900 square foot lot. Maybe you have a client who is interested. No HOA fees.
Not right now I don’t. Is it listed on the MLS?
You remind me of my Wife … Wont stop Talking.😂 But no Beard. 😂
🤣

I would be very worried about no HOA. People can get real tacky and trashy.

Agree flip side is hoa can be a nightmare
I would be real worried about the HO.A fabricating some crap and stealing my house
