Ms. Dametto, i have been playing drums for 52 yrs, and have been in several metal bands, including iron maiden tribute bands( which is no easy feat playing.) never in my life have i seen such composure, and control of the open handed method, changing hands, and foot movement, people do not understand the dynamics of separating all four extremities at once and bringing them all back together to play. i have watched all of your videos in detail and i am just blown away.
Luana is the total package - speed, endurance, technique, creativity, steady groove, exciting fills, mastery of open-hand playing, and almost at the top of the list to make all this work at the same time - her trademark composure!!! Never seen a more relaxed drummer! Outstanding work. Cant wait to see you in action in Dallas Luana! (and let's not forget the band she plays in - Go Crypta!)
I absolutely agree. She is by far my fav drummer of all time. She is nothing short of amazing. Oh, and let's not forget... absolutely beautiful too! I can't wait until I see them in March in Portland!!! Go Crypta!

Also just watching her play... she's so relaxed. I started to concentrate a little more on staying relaxed as well, and I became way faster, especially with the hands. I don't think you can go wrong by trying to copy her style of play^^

This is mesmerizing to watch. How she can create such a fast rhythm using only one hand, I don't understand. It's like magic. 60 FPS footage isn't even enough, her drum stick is still a blur sometimes.
