- Periscopes, Sumbawa absolutely turned on for the morning, mellow crowd and some crazy waves coming through! Felt good too finally score some waves in Indo, surfed maybe 3 hours before the tide got to low, more swell on the way stay tuned 👀

Im a bodyboarder, and travelled to Sumbawa some years back now. Stayed at Amen Gati. I rented a motorbike from some local kid and explored abit. Surfed Lakey pipe and found another wave that no one wanted to surf because it was too big. It was further south from pipe and cobblestones and it was a massive barrelling right, into a bay with a rivermouth . This day at periscopes the wave I'm talking about would have been firing. I was the only one out and it was like off the wall in Hawaii on steroids

Got a flight from Bali, they got a new policy that is 1million rupiah per board which is a stitch up
@@jamahlmoselenWhen they ask, just tell them the # of board bags. If they don't open it, good, if they do, just play dumb and say that's what you thought they meant. Also, at the luggage counter for your international flights, tell them you prepaid the board bags. I've had 4 or 5 flights where they didn't even check and just sent them through and I didn't have to pay.
