My husband (at that time) was in the military, we were stationed in Germany, I was in a German hospital and not one person spoke English. Anyway, he was out on maneuvers in the field and couldn't be there. I gave birth alone and was discharged home three days later (back in the 80's). You learn to make do without support. I didn't like not having my family around nor any support from his unit but I sucked it up and learned to become independent that weekend. The Army treated me like a thing instead of a person. Okay, enough of that crap. I salute any woman who has to go it alone. Try and have family around or a friend around if possible. And most of all, stay strong.

Honestly you forget about the pain. Nature's way of making sure that the population continues 😁. My middle son was just over 10 lbs at birth😬, and I had him naturally, no epi or other drugs. I swore that it was our last. I hadn't expected such a large baby, especially since our first one was just under 5 lbs. Then 6 years after the middle one, our daughter was born 😁.
When I was a child I really got scared when I watch a scene on a movie of woman giving birth...And also, when my mom said to me that a day before she gave birth to me, she almost lost me because her bp is not normal and she became unconcious for a couple of hours after gave birth of me😶

I can't imagine how hard it must have been for her to give birth without having her family or friends with her in the hospital. The amount of pain she must have been in, even with an epidural, and not having a family member or friend with her would have been scary even if she's given birth before. I am so happy that the delivery went well and that she gave birth to a healthy child. This reminds me of my recent solo delivery with my son last year and it’s so heartbreaking to watch her go thru this...Having someone beside you really makes a huge diff and my heart goes all out to her.

I cried so much ... I remember when my baby was born . Us mothers go through so much pain for our babies and we are so strong . I remember the scary feeling and anxiety and loneliness when my fiancé wasn’t there sometimes . And the fact bc of covid nobody can be there for her is sooo sad omg. She’s so strong and I pray her and the baby stay healthy
