After 13000 years the summer solstice will be exact opposite to winter solstice so Does it affect change of seasons? Whether it would be exactly opposite to what it’s now?

Seasons wont change. Background stars for Sun/Moon and other points will be different.
If you throw some light on why the seasons will not affect? I would like to know exact reason how it's adjusted in calender or else

Tilt varies between 22.5 to 24 degrees. Why it is tilted , I am not aware !

Without inclination, Earth will move in a linear path.
Inclination of Earth is needed to move in a circular or elliptical path.
