@@sugarhouse78 hey, i have been driving with the dash cam installed for almost a month now. I think if you are installing it with the hardwire kit should be fine. I did it with the help of an accessory shop nearby my house. If you did not do it with the hardwire kit, the parking mode doesn’t work. Better to follow the manual. And fully installed it. The battery drain part, I am still not sure yet. Sometimes my car able to start, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes when leaving for 5 mins in the car, I am not able to start the car. Sometimes 1 hour in, yet I am able to start the car. To be honest, when I am out and about, I try to disconnect the dash-cam before starting the car. So far this way the car was able to start all the time.
Maybe your car battery condition might be poor, or voltage cutoff setting too low, better to go n check it at accessories shop. By the way, if you're using Parking Mode, it's good to have it connected with an extra Power Pack, this will protect your car battery and other car electronics' items n wiring from prematurely malfunction.
Alex Wong hi Alex, coming back from my previous comments. I have deduced that it was not my battery or i think dash cam that is causing the issue. As I was able to unlock the electronics.

There's scratches all over the interior, windscreen needs to clean as it's blurry and not sure about the exterior paintwork condition, Perhaps if can find a good sponsor on paintwork for your car and video. 我本身是在使用 小米70mai pro A500，也想 upgrade 去 A800因为它有前后摄像头。小米car dash cam的好处是它耐高温。我2019年开始使用 70mai pro 到现在，天天都在太阳底下嗮，LCD 和机都没烧坏，之前外国视频有说能够耐250度，这是一个卖点。而缺点就是停车后不久就停止录像，当然撞到震动到都会录影，但感觉就是迟了点。希望A800能改进。
忘了告诉买家们，要选中文版的，不好选国际版的英文，不然你听不出它在讲什么，咬字不清！起码讲中文你还能听懂

70mai停車監控線，只是熄火後，遇到碰撞會自動啟動，但如果新增一個12V開關，當熄火後，70mai 也關機了，12V開關也關閉，過幾秒後，重新打開12V開關，這時70mai會開機錄影,我測試過會不間斷持續錄影兩小時後自動關機，這對去賣場，短暫出差拜訪客戶，吃個飯，都非常好用。

应该是要选配parking surveillance
要有停車專用監控線，再來選擇parking surveillance 啟用，就可持續錄影不間斷。建議停車監控線可以再接一個開關，自己可以決定是否持續24小時監視。
市面上有卖国际版和中文版，中文版是否是中国直接进口而没有经过本地代理商，在本地可以用吗? 也看到市面有卖它的内置电池，是否以后需要更换?
中文版应该是中国直接进来，本地当然都可以用，因为也没有什么特别给本地的功能…… xD
至于内建电池的作用，应该是记录时间跟一些断电后可以短暂使用的作用而已，应该不会太常需要更换
