(15:03-15:07) might be thinking too much into it but i just had to share because what r the odds. (yes i just got into the hobby of making puzzles, im not a grandma but i just need to get off my phone
Ok I know people don't think things like washing your hands when you get home from being in public, or when you get to a restaurant, not touching your mouth and face when you're out and literally just avoiding being around sick people does nothing but it does, people think it's boring or weird or being neurotic but it's not. I've had immune issues from a disease so I know because I have been way more careful about germs going in my body and it's made a huge difference to pay attention especially to hand washing, and I wear a mask when I go into especially pharmacies where all the sickies are. people just think they can go out to all the crowded things, hang out with all the kids and people, eat chips in your car when you haven't washed your hands and not be affected. it honestly does help to limit that stuff more if you're having issues cuz you should nottt be getting that sick all the time unless you have some sort of disease, it's gotta be that you aren't careful with germs. but if you are being careful then I would get checked out for what the hec your immunity is doing cuz that isn't right.
