I keep hearing about favour. Does God have favourites. What about us sinners who are trying by his grace. Do we not deserve some favour.
Now, I believe Joseph is probably the most gifted pastor today. That said, more confusion. I have the cd on pure Grace and Joseph says "man categorizes sin, not God". I told dozens of people that and they looked at me like I was crazy. In this message Jesus is categorizing sin. Those people will think more than ever I'm crazy hahaha.

Does anyone have a definition of the word 'blessing'? I wonder how blessing is defined in the context of the entire bible for the new covenant believer? Is the purpose of the passage that we should expect to be like Joseph? Or is it to show us that God is faithful to his promises to Abraham, and therefore we can trust in God to keep his promises to come in judgement and restoration (Hebrews 9:27-28)?
