I think the redpill gives good advice for self improvement, and protecting yourself from the legitimately oppressive family court system in the US and other western countries but its also filled with too many grifters and hypocrites.

The only way those statement stands if they were hyperbolic in nature. Example: if you wanna be buff, quit your job, go to the gym 7 days a week, eat only chicken breast and protein shakes, etc. what he doesn’t want to admit is his “list” caters to a specific idea of a high value man, which he doesn’t want to admit it does.

In my opinion, a “high value” man would better be defined as a man who has gone through growth and gained maturity. Rather that be Financial maturity or otherwise.
