I think agents renting or selling haunted house in Pune is very common..even I was victim..Same feeling I had in Balewadi's flat..n when we enquired we found that a person was found dead mysteriously in that flat and after that it was closed and now a local builder took that flat in throw way price renovated it with best amenities and now renting again ..worse thing is that even security gaurds n all are involved..if u go and ask them..they will give u excuses" that I have joined last month and I don't know".we were lucky enough that we had a frnd who stayed in the same apartment in past and as soon as they heard the flat number he said ..
