I still remember this accident. And a few years later, there was another plane crash, it was a training plane which crashed on the railway line at the time of landing.

प्लेन जहाँ गिरी थी वहाँ पर रोड बिलकुल चौडी थी लगभग 40 फीट जो 80 फीट की मेन रोड जुडी़ थी और वहाँ से ऐयरपोर्ट की दूरी मात्र दो किलोमीटर। न थी तो केवल आग बुझाने के सटीक इंतजाम ऐयरपोर्ट से आये हूये गाड़ियों में किसी की हालत दूरूस्त नहीं थी। लोगों की भीड़ भी बाद में बढी। ये सभी बातें मेरे सामने घटी थी।
i have seen this incidence...i was staying in Anishabad, Shivpuri and went out to purchase milk at Gardanibag circle.... It was one of the worst experience of my life... local people were helping a lot... to control the fire... and save the life of others'. Complete failure of govt machinery. there was no water in fire fighter and the worst on arrival they realize.... May departed sole rest in peace.
Very sad,Who is responsible?? Government or company.We don't know but take of the people is the responsibility of the government.And in this manner government became failure.how people will trust that they would be safe in aeroplane journey

It also reminds us of how much of lack of understanding we had in helping disaster response work properly. Correction: Manjit Singh Sohanpal was the Captain ( and not First Officer) and Arvind Bagga was a co-pilot (FO).
