if you want the hardest of challenges for item asylum go into a private server and activate perfect run do all the bosses while perfect running to truely suffer
If you get an item called smile this is what you should do 1. If someone dies near you then eat their body and you will heal full health along with adding extra health 2. If you get 10 bodies which is 200 health than press e to merge which is michel p put weaker (for now) 3. When you get 25 bodies (350 health) you get an ability called vomit which slows down the enemy and does 90 damage 4. I forgot to mention that when you merge you can attack 3 times instead of 1 5. When you get 40 bodies you can see the trumpet in the corner has changed to second trumpet and at 100 it is third (max) 6. When you get more bodies your in search of corpses does more damage 7. I forgot to mention that when you merge the name turns into in search of corpses
@Dlueji here's a silly Lil fact: if you have 500/475 hp with smile (500 for ffa and 475 for kit) and you're at one of the lowest hps that a smile can get let's say 13 and you clutch someone you will get healed most of your health but not the whole bar
