I recently got Tamara so gg. On the other hand, personally I would put Epsilon at least in S tier, I still lack demiastei and demistella, but outside of them epsilon does very large area damage, something that not many characters can do
I think i was to harsh as he can be a filler for PvE story i guess. I rank units regarding problems they are solving. Maxwell is solving none in any content
He isn't trash. He's actually pretty good for story. He takes a while to build up for his S3, but all his attacks are aoe, he has self buff atk up, and his s3 has def pen. If you build him with spd and crit, or atk and crit he'll be good to go. If you have a crit rate buffer like Valentine, I'd recommend go for more atk and crit damage on Maxwell and he'll be doing work. He's mostly good for PvE, story mode mainly. He can work with some of the other content at easier levels like gear farming (was able to use mine till stage 10 of each special request identification), tower up to floor 60-70 and also do low rank PvP. He's very squishy and his s3 takes time to be available, so he's not worth it in PvP since he'll die quickly.
@@StuffSayoSays It is just a different way of ranking, He should definetly be higher then trash as he is viable in PvE Story mode to some degree, but like I said he is not solving any lategame mode issues :(

Only know that half year anniversary,nerf the reward and mileage...
I know they reworked the mileage and many do not like it.
