you're missing most important details... Claudius sends hamlet with a letter to the governor in which it was written that if they kill the man who gives them the letter, all the taxas and debts of them will be forgiven, hamlet reads the letter and escapes from there quickly then his friends Rosencrantz and Guilderstern hand over the letter to the governor and they are killed also when hamlet was RETURNING from the half journey to england, he sees Laertes burrying the body of Ophelia
