Just purchased one of these hedge trimmers. Unboxed it only to find it was a well used return. . Took it back to the store, who promptly refunded my money. So sadly didn't have the opportunity to try one out. As it was a gift for someone buying a new house with a huge garden and mighty hedge surrounding I did not bother with a replacement. However a big thank you to Lidl and hope you have a terrible day to the previous person who bought it, used it then returned it. You swine.

Mine jammed on a twig and the motor spins but the blades dont move. Trying to find out how to fix it.

Hello. Anyone disassembled this? I don’t know where one of the springs goes to. One is for the unlocking switch but the second one, I have no idea. I had to open the trimmer as the armature was touching the plastic and the whole thing would get stuck.
