To be fair to the living as an american bit, some americans really love to think that the commute from LA to NYC is a thing, particularly when it comes to transport issues. Every time someone proposes more actual high speed rail connections in the US, you will 100% of the time see someone whining that the country is just too big and there's just no sense in building rail from LA to NYC, when nothing like that is ever proposed.
I think the dude in the credit card clip misunderstood the mother. She wasn't speaking clearly, but she wasn't trying to suggest they didn't have to pay the card. The daughter was looking at the AmEx bill, and was saying "Why does it say "Pay it" under this?" and the Mom was indeed trying to tell her that she's still responsible for the AmEx bill.
I think his point was that while the mother did understand the bill needs to be paid, she doesn't understand _why_ fundamentally. At least, not well enough to be able to explain it to her daughter.
I agree mother probably could not find the right words at the moment. Got me thinking. I never though about it this way, when ever you buy stuff with credit card. Isn't then most of the receipt misleading? Because they implicate that you "spent your money" at that moment, while you actually borrowed money at that moment. Like total paid = Addition to your debt or something like that :D I know receipts are from the point of view f the store, but i believe if receipt were distinguishing this important part, then way more ppl would understand credit cards and maybe less got into the problems because of them.
response to "why do you sell a $7 thing that is broken?" the answer is simple: because people keep buying it. like... it's still on Bethesda to _not_ do that shit, but I don't blame them. I do think at this point, if you are informed of Bethesdas bs, it's honestly a tiny bit on the people buying it now, lol
"it's still on Bethesda to not do that shit but I don't blame them" and people like you are also a problem, not giving shits about bad practices and blaming the consumer.
Just takes a bit of practice. I suggest touching the corners instead of the ends. Makes it a lot easier. As for the bridge part just hold the middle together and press your hands towards each other and when you have your arch just loosen your fingers underneath and they should just fall into place.
Yo i just got these new steel toed boots I don't really know how much I'm gonna wear 'em but might just wear 'em so I don't stub my toe but I also I also *B O I N G*
No his BA that year was .233 he only had 32 plate appearances that year not a huge sample he still had grounders pop outs other ways to fail to advance to the base.
as a european who lived in murica for 3 years - yes that video depics pretty darn well how murica works in critical neighbourhoods .... like i recall wakeing up to gun fire 6 am in the mroning befor going to school in mid texas. the eating habits arent to far from wrong either .... like at least in terms of percentage - the amount of coca cola that i saw being consumed at school was crazy... but of course it is very steriotipical and not eeryone is like that
The SmallAnt wooper rug clip kinda gives the same energy as the "Fridge is a lie" clip from wayneradiotv.

Admit it, americans. The $100 tip was the most accurate part.
Absolutely not 😂
For Upper Class maybe, Everyone else is not gonna ever tip that amount ever
No, but inflation is working to correct that
Only if the meal was around $1000

Ohhh
@@dragonbretheren There's no indication that she didn't understand why the bill needed to be paid. She looked like she was laughing at her daughter.
Tbh it would be the moms fault for never teaching her child that way way earlier

Hey nagzz❤
Hold up. If you strike out 1/4 of the time wouldnt that mean your BA is still over .750?
No his BA that year was .233 he only had 32 plate appearances that year not a huge sample he still had grounders pop outs other ways to fail to advance to the base.
