@@arylLuna's a like boss of the Punishing virus so she's hella strong and she could give Lumia a new frame then she definitely can create a new frame for herself if she wants it. The question is when and if base on the story she is THAT strong in her current frame then I'm not sure under what circumstances she gonna need a stronger frame, hope to see a good story Kuro can give new frame to her, she's been out like almost 3 years now

She's mentioned alot in later chapters, but she reappeared finally in Karenina Scire's story chapter which is ch 19 I think.
