Jay Condom -- Let's Make Lust

It sounds like it's from the 1920s, but some inspired college kids made this record back in the '70s (on the sleeve it says "Made in Texas by Texans"). I used to hear it often on "Dr. Demento" and thought it was.... remarkable.
I'm surprised that nobody's ever posted it on RUclips before.
