Banned for speaking out on Facebook. I am a 5 year loyal Platinum Member and have been treated like garbage. This place has been going downhill for the last 2 years. I had an issue on my last visit and was told that i would be contacted by email or a phone call and neither of those things happened? This was not the first time that this has happened either BTW. So when i mentioned that on their Facebook page, they didn't seem to like that. They pulled all of my offers and blocked me from commenting on their page, just wait now, it get's better. So then i call them and speak with numerous people, who are all telling me something different, but that it has nothing to do with my "Customer Service Comment". One of them even had the nerve to say "Oh i think it's because we're giving you more in offers than you're spending"... REALLY, that's the funniest B.S. i've heard in years. Then i'm told to wait on hold. I wait on hold for 10 minutes, then it goes blank, i call back and ask to be reconnected to "Stephanie-Host". They transfer me and i get disconnected, rinse repeat, rinse repeat. Rinse repeat.. You have some nerve Pechanga, i guess the truth really does hurt and this is obviously your way of getting back at me? Well that's fine, it speaks VOLUMES. I will NEVER set foot in your casino EVER AGAIN and i will tell everyone else as well what i've experienced and i've only told of this instance, there are many, many more, but i don't have time for your B.S. anymore. You treat Loyal Customers like dirt and YOU DON'T CARE. You are shady as hell. Good riddance.
