    the martial arts that 100% he does are taekwondo, capoeria and invisible attacks, also I would add tricking because he is extremely acrobatic but Im not 100% sure if he learned it, and the other one that I'm completely not sure of it is boxing. I think he doesnt know boxing but because he learned punching from the invisibble attacks he knows some punches maybe but idk.

      yep i agree, wasn't sure on boxing tbh - hence why i put that it needs to be revealed a bit more

      Invisible attacks is not a martial art it's just a technique. He does know boxing tho because there are some boxing trophies in his room

    If you want to achieve “ invisible “ attacks here is what you need to do.
    First learn the technique thoroughly (this takes arround a month of daily practice of it and having an instructor review and comment on your technique). Then you have to buy yourself a couple of resistance bands that are arround 2 meters in length. One should be quite light and the other one should be a bit harder. You will start practicing daily that technique with the bands for resistance. Use arround 30 reps per side, no more( take a couple deep breaths between each rep). You should focus ok power intent and speed. Once a week you will set the band in reverse so that it helps you throw the technique faster than usual. This will teach your body what speed feels like and you will get faster with time. I recommend using a band for 6-12 months and properly milking it for speed and technique before switching to a band that is slightly stronger and rinse and repeat. Remember that this is a long term process, because power training isn’t the same as strength training. You want to milk a resistance level as much as possible. If the band damadges your technique, use a lighter one. This training won’t damadge your performance in any way, on the contrary is bulletproofs the joints and works as active recovery. I recommend that you use this type of training on general movement patterns that aren’t too technical (i.e. basic kicks, punches, elbows, knees, throws). I train this way 15 mins per day in addition to my other training and my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. After 2 years of doing this there aren’t any people that can block my attacks in time besides my instructor. This works so please do it.

    • @saimonchowdhury5772
      @saimonchowdhury5772 3 месяца назад +7

      Interesting! This is a great idea .I usually perform 40-60 kicks per day(Working on my flexibility so can't do much).My kicks are way smoother now but their speed hasn't improved much.This technique seems promising.

    • @RadiantShadow13
      @RadiantShadow13 3 месяца назад +4

      so basically frist working on a technique and practice it daily til It becomes second nature to me and it has good form, and then add resistance to the technique and perform the techniques as fast and explosive as possible for 30 reps, and then increase the resistance a little bit.

    • @chamoy2864
      @chamoy2864 3 месяца назад +2

      @@RadiantShadow13 yes, the resistance increase should be extremely slow as to keep the exercise a speed and power builder , not strength builder( for that you need dedicated training)

      @@sayyidiliyahalavi I don’t really understand what you’re trying to say. At the dojo, I do train full power on heavy bag( muay thai heavy bag) with no problem, no gloves. All moves work on it perfectly. The people that say that you can’t train power on a heavy bag without gloves are idiots. If you have proper technique and a basic level of knuckle conditioning, then you can hit just as hard if not harder and your training is more realistic(unless you train to be able to fight with gloves).

    In lookism fandom it is written that his fightung style is taekwondo, capoeira, (mastering two in such a way that he can land invisible attacks), add tricking (maybe basic punching or how he hit daniel in latest chapter)

    For those who are interested in achieving invisible attacks (technically impossible but you can get somewhat close)
    Study guys who are known for their speed, somebody like Yair Rodriguez or look at martial arts that are known for speed, like taekwando and see what you can take from their training, resistance bands, explosivity training
    But speed isn’t everything and a well trained person with experience can see through your speed. You can overcome this through disguising your techniques in a fluid combination or cutting angles. Good examples of this are Dominic Cruz and Stephen Thompson, they attack on fluid combos and from weird angles making them extremely hard to block.
    Speed isn’t everything because at a certain point there will be someone faster, train out of both stances and be versatile.

    James lee, more like james bad (Biggest james lee hater here)
    Another amazing video! I really enjoy your content. I love the concept you used here, with the emphasis on a speed-based, light-frame approach-it’s really cool. I see James Lee's fighting style as a blend of Max Holloway, Cory Sandhagen and Bruce Lee, and you’ve captured the martial arts aspects quite well. However, I also notice elements of Taidō, a Japanese martial art, in his style. Overall, it's a fantastic video!

    3:37 that aint boxing but taekwondo triple punch because initial starts below chest with fist faced downwards(rotates prior to impact).If it was boxing the arms wouldn't go that low(only if its uppercut or smash,which it wasnt neither cause its a multiple attack) and fist remain sideways

      Empuje: teniendo en cuenta la necesidad del pecho y los hombros, primero calentaría
      con algunas flexiones hindúes, así como algunas flexiones normales. Después de eso, lo harías
      realizar:
      - Press inclinado con mancuernas - 4 series de 8 a 12 repeticiones controladas. Esto construirá su
      tríceps en la parte superior del pecho, así como en la parte delantera del deltoides de los hombros
      - Press de banca: 3-4 series, 5-8 repeticiones controladas pero un poco explosivas al principio
      peso
      - Máquina de mariposa o cruz de cable - 2 juegos hasta que se controle la falla
      - Press de hombros: 3 series, 5-8 repeticiones controladas
      - Elevaciones laterales: 3 series, 10-15 repeticiones
      - El deltoides trasero vuela o el cable inverso cruza 3 series hasta que falla
      - Extensión de tríceps: 3 series: 12-15 repeticiones
      - Cuerda o cable Tríceps Pushdown 3 series 12-15 repeticiones
      - Tirón: calentamiento con cuelgues muertos y algo de estiramiento
      - Dominadas con peso
      - Jalones laterales: 4 series, 8-12 repeticiones, lento y controlado
      - Remo de cable 3-4 series, 12-15 repeticiones, lento y controlado
      - Máquina de espalda baja
      - Rizos de martillo
      - Rizos de concentración
      - Curls con barra
