As stated in the video, every employee - including Asma herself - is paid the same wage. And by 'equality', Asma is trying to address the inequality female chefs experience in the industry 👩🍳
She is doing her part of giving opportunity to the women who are not respected in their own countries, including ISI survivors. There's nothing against men, but she's doing her best. Let's celebrate that. She has a small businesses, she not super rich to hire every one.
