Heinrich Himmler, thinking that Germany has grown weak and that Hitler doesn't have the balls to fully embrace national socialism tried to launch a coup, deposing Hitler. Thanks to support of the newly formed colaborator armies under command of Andrei Vlasov and Vladimir Romanov, as well as Hans Speidel's counter-coup both RRF's and SS's attacks were crushed. Himmler was convinced to stand down in exchange for command over newly-formed SS-Ordensstaat Burgund. Which finaly brings us to what the video is refering to. Ordensstaat Burgund is a state without real national identity, ruled like a huge KZ-Lager. Whole cities are leveled and their population is worked to death or outright shot. While those deemed "impure" are either killed instantly, or over the course of a few months, the life of the "pure" aryans isn't great either. Posession of art, musical instruments, alcohol and everything "decadent" is prohibited with just a few exceptions, the food is rationed and eggs and apples are considered luxury. The video is supposed to play Ordenstaat's anthem (although it is worth mentioning that in-game events mention that Burgundy has no anthem, and Teufelslied, Treuelied and Horst Wessel Lied are the closest songs to fulfill that role). If you decide to play the mod, I'd advise against playing Burgundy first, as it spoils some plot twists and is generally considered as a rather depressing (duh) country to play
