- A Doctor Who fanvid of Rose's travels with the Doctor to RUN, by Snow Patrol.
I've loved this song since it was used in the last episode of Doctor Who confidential in 2005, when Christopher Eccleston left. This caused me to turn into a Snow Patrol fan!
This vid is dedicated to my good friend Kath, who loves Snow Patrol and Doctor Who (and Pirates of the Caribbean) so, so much!
(it was her 14th birthday present =D)

The Doctor and Rose just have a chemistry that Martha and the Doctor don't have. I loved the video.
I still enjoy this video after so many years. Watched again just after seeing Season 4 E14 Journey's End. Thank you.

Two and a half years later and I still can't get enough of this video. I just love how sad this song makes me feel, but at the same time, so elated for Rose and the Doctor.

Some younger audiences have not been able to watch the classic series in general, I myself, at 14, knows quite a lot of the significance of something this old and famous but a 'new who' fan like me is just as much a fan as any classic fan, just because they havent been around to watch 700+ episodes, as long as you enjoy doctor who, then you are a fan, whether you grew up with the old series or the new. I reckon RTD has done a fantastic job at reviving such a classic and inviting newer audiences.
I cry like a baby every single time I watch this, and somehow I keep coming back for more.
I just finished the second season of Doctor Who where this all comes to a climax.
I saw this video years ago and I remembered it.
Right after the episode ended, I came here and saw it again. I don't think a television program has ever had me this emotionally attached to two characters.

This was incredible. I have always tried to not ship the Doctor with his companions because of how it always turns out, but this may have just about pushed me over the edge.
But I did cry when I saw Doomsday, and this totally captures Rose and her Doctor/s.

I fell in love with this song when I first heard it 3 years ago. It made me cry...but it took on a whole new meaning when my fiance committed suicide last year. I've always felt that Rose is the only woman the Doctor has ever truly loved...yet they're unable to be together. Just like me and my loved one. Thanks for this vid...it is every much a gift for me as it was for your friend.
I cried the first time I heard this song on the radio. Now I'm crying hysterically over your video. Rose and the Doctor belong together. I don't like when people say bad things about Martha--Freema did an amazing job. But the Doctor loves Rose and I feel like she will find a way back to him since she's working at Torchwood. Awesome job!
I remember that last episode of the second season, i tried hard not to cry:( they are so perfect together, and i went MAD when he ran out of time to tell her he loved her, BRILLIANT vid, BRILLIANT couple/pairing! 100/10. Its too the point.
I love David Tennant, no one can compair to him :D

This was the video that turned me on to the new Dr. Who. Because it just looked so damn epic...and was...and is...and so is this song. Perfect. Still so resonant and moving. One of the great fan vids ever.
I am a great fan of Snow Patrol and have seen them sing this song live twice!
As for Doctor Who, its back with a vengeance as a top quality series and well done to the BBC. I was sceptical when I heard Billie Piper was the new doctors assistant but I have to say that her and David Tennant made probably the best combination of all! Its a terrible shame they are now gone but will certainly live on in the realms of this great TV series.

You've already heard time and again how brilliant this is, but I had to add my own comment letting you know how you brought me to tears. I love that you included parts of them truly happy with each other, but then also included the dramatic moments that, in the end, tore them apart. It was really beautiful and I loved it!

Seeing the 2nd season finaly, the scene between Rose in the parallel universe and the Doctor's holoimage.. the conversation between the two, still brings tears to my eyes.

I was on the beach 3 months ago. I had just watched Doomsday and was listening to music when this song came on. And it gave me SOO many feels. I just feel like this fits this scenario perfectly. Thanks for being perfect David and Billie

Yeah this makes me cry every single time I see it because my ex moved to Scotland. I reflected on this moment when the Doctor and Rose say goodbye and it's so similar to how me and my ex was.
I really love this!! It makes me a little emotional. I kinda wish, though, that there was more 9th doctor in it. It is really great.

I had a good friend whom i lost to suicide a few years ago, as well as another good friend who tried to multiple times. I don't know what i can say that is comforting, especially on youtube, but i hope that you are finding some happiness.

It's in Army of Ghosts (series 2 ep 12) at the beginning, pre-credits, when Rose makes that great speech about how the Doctor changed her life and it's rly sad!

First watched this 11 months ago.Then my dad died & I couldn't watch it.
Now I can watch it again but the scene with Rose & the Dr. on either side of the walls of time & space still folds me up.
Be the best you can, as often as you can, with as many people as you can, because over is over.
The rest of your life is just trying to find a window into a parallel universe. Just like Rose. Or not.

Thank you very much, I definitely agree with all of that =] especially: I LIKE MARTHA TOO! She's just as good as Rose, and Doctor Who is an always changing show (even as a young'un who has only watched the New Series I can see that) and people need to be able to move on and try to enjoy the show wherever the writers take it.

I agree about the chemistry, but it's also more than that. The Doctor enjoyed Martha's company because her mind worked like his--on a logical and intellectual level. They were very similar. But, Rose made him human. He was attracted to her humanity, and I'm sure he got immense enjoyment out of expanding her reality of the universe. He truly loved her, and he will never be the same after knowing and losing her. So they both gave gifts to each other. Oh, I miss them so much!!

Love Run by Snow Patrol (if you have seen this awesome indie pommy film called Love and Hate you will understand why) and i LOVE Doctor Who, that final episode made me CRY! He was like "I-" and the signal ended and he never got to say it!!!!
