I would recommend turning off all light and limit how much you look at computer, phone and TV screens 1-2 hours before bed. The light tricks your brain and make it think its still day and therefore harder to get tired

One time my brothers friend spent the night and we got to stay up all night for 3 days this was years ago and it was on a Friday and I didn’t go to sleep for 3 whole days at night and on Monday (we didn’t have school then) I didn’t feel good and felt like throwing up so I called my mom and got a bowl an after talking to my mom and dad how I felt I threw up and then I called my mom and dad telling them then I went to sleep for the whole day and my brother was trying to wake me up. So if you don’t got to sleep for a lot time you’ll feel bad and you will maybe throw up like I did cry 😢
