I envy u two for having a place at Siliguri. Whenever I go there, I feel very good. That city has a very good vibe. But mainly due to the vicinity i.e. Darjeeling, Sikkim and what not nearby. Keep going and DO NOT loose the simplicity that I find in all your vlogs. All the best.

Sel roti is literally pre shira te dipped malpua, tried it for the first time a few days back at kalimpong, i think it would taste better with something sweet like rabri rather than the aloo they serve. Really enjoyed the vlog btw!
