My dad was the first one to own a mahindra and its about 25 years and no issues so now me and my brother own one each and they have both been good to us.
Really great review on the tractors ! I think I would go with the John Deere if I had the money to choose . I like the size of my Hinomoto tractor for gardening I just wish it had a lot more HP. It would be nice to have an engine swap to about 50 hp. Thanks for sharing and have a great day !
I tend to agree with you . Mostly for parts availability and resale value. Low-end tractors are ok if they never break and you never sell them. Thanks for watching 😊
My 1626 Mahindra doesn’t get too hot while running an extended period of time. If I see it creeping up, it’s because the screen in front of the radiator needs cleaned. And it takes 30 seconds!
Mine is clean and it only happens when you run it wide open down the road. The 1626 and 1635 do not have the same motor. The 1626 is a Mitsubishi and the 1635 is a Mahindra. I just don’t run it wide open and it’s fine otherwise. Thank You
@@tommys_trucks_trains_tractors good to know. I’ve never run mine wide open though. The highest RPM I’ve run mine is when bush hogging, I run it at the 540 mark on the gauge. Should I run it at full throttle?
John Deere builds them in Georgia with global parts, but they are as close as you will get to American Made these days. Tractor Time With Tim has a video of the Georgia plant. Mahindra does final assembly only. The Mahindra really only gets hot if you run it wide open down the road, but it's fine at 540 PTO. Thank You for watching
I have owned a Mahindra 2816 for about 8 years. No mechanical issues, although I had to replace a couple of hydraulic hoses after dropping a log on the hood. Easy repair and was able to beat the dent out of the metal hood. I bought a Mahindra 6075 this week as it is a bigger and more powerful tractor that I need. I didn't consider JD because of the EGR and DPF. Plus they are proprietary in repairs, and the JD compact tractor and engine are not manufactured in the United States.
Love the way you explain things technical but down to Earth language great talk but will still stick with my 1962 international 460 utility with loader love the Red i Guess🇺🇸🤔
My main problem with John Deere is their refusal to work with independent shops or provide owners with the resources to fix and maintain the equipment. You are basically forced to go through John Deere for any kind of repair work or even diagnose the problem.
last i checked, JD agreed to allow customers and third party shops access to schematics and diagnostic software. there are some things i wouldn’t even attempt to repair myself, but it should be my choice, yes. i think it’s BS that the CEO for JD makes $26M/year while still laying off 12k employees. everything is a mess
I have the compact 25.9 horse Mahindra and my hydraulic hoses are tucked up .my Mahindra dealer told me when you get into the bigger tractor buy a Branson witch was bought out by tym
I looked the TYMs over very thoroughly when they had a big promotion on them up here and as much as I wanted to find fault with them, I could not. So far, the owners of them that I’ve talked to have been very happy. Thank You for watching
Although spelled ‘ Ma’hi’ndra’ the correct pronunciation in the original language ( Sanskrit / Hindi) is ‘ Ma - hey - ndra ‘ in case anybody wants to split hairs. Doubt it will affect the performance though 😊. Now to the important question - which one should I get 🤔

Great and thoughtful review. Note, Mahindra tapers its bucket so all material will exit. Squared sides tend to hold moist materials.
Good observation. I did not realize that. Thank you
Love my Mahindra 1626. Wouldn’t trade for a JD . Been there, done that. The JD was an electrical nightmare
Mines the opposite

the 2816 is a mitsubishi and i have never run into problems with mitsubishis.
I agree, Mitsubishi makes a good diesel engine.

I don't blame you one bit. Thank You for watching!

similar capabilities, which one do you jump on first?
the JD every time unless I need the backhoe or a skid steer attachment. Id never buy another Mahindra!

I need to stay with the trued and true JD for me. I have a kubota for my back hoe though.
JD parts are always easy and pretty quick to get in my experience.
Temp gauge on the " MAHANDRA" , Your just lost ALL credibility !
At least I know how to spell
@@tommys_trucks_trains_tractorshold on a second you spelled mahindra mahondra
😂

Mahindra has a life expectancy of about 90 days
quality seems to be extremely hit or miss…their quality assurance department needs to be fired
