Dave. We're not on GMT yet. It's still BST. So 09:00 GMT is actually 10:00 BST.

Are you sure Dave that you mean 9 am GMT? At the moment you are still in BST in the UK. The clocks don't go back until Sunday week. You are still in British Summer Time.
