The answer to the question is: no. This was an eye opener for me. I think I've always looked at countries by their relationship to other countries and other clues. For example Egypt I got because I recognized the Red Sea. The other issue was scope. But it was a very fun quiz.
I'm a month behind you, but I just took the quiz and came here to say the same thing. That's a pretty big mistake. I get that Greenland is an easily recognizable land mass, but it's part of Denmark.

The first picture (of China) included Taiwan, a separate country. Slide 21 showed Greenland, which is not a country but a part of Denmark.

Very difficult. No clue about many of these. Usually you learn about them in context to position with other countries on the globe, not just shape.

Got 30, didn't expect to do that well, missed some of the African and south American ones and the Koreas threw me but knew far more than I thought.
Very nice quiz. The landlocked countries are sometimes hard to spot, like Pakistan. Only got 25 😊
Without trying the quiz, I know that I would do very well, because I'm very strong in geography and recognizing shapes of countries.
