What is Maryada?

KK Sah was one of @babaramdass best friends, he was one of the most beautiful, innocent, and loving human beings I have ever met, completely immersed in Maharaji's love.
I once asked him about the meaning of the term "Marayada," which is not easily translated into English. KK explained it beautifully. It is why we act.
"Marayada" encompasses honor and respect, propriety and dharma. It is understanding and respecting boundaries, living with moral and ethical standards, and following spiritual discipline with devotion and humility. It's about living in harmony with higher truths and the divine order, balancing personal desires with the greater good. This guiding principle helps align our lives with spiritual teachings and community welfare.
Shri Rama was the Maryada Puroshottam, the divine incarnation showing us how to live in the world inline with dharma.
