Nun, von Artikel 13 distanzieren wir uns sicher alle klar und deutlich. Wer das unterstützt lebt meiner Meinung nach wahrlich hinter dem Mond. Artikel 13 sieht vor, alles filtern zu lassen, was keine direkte (schriftliche) Erlaubnis hat. Mit den meisten Producern haben wir Kontakt und auch die Erlaubnis, all die Tracks zu verwenden. Im Gegenzug dürfen die Labels unsere Videos natürlich monetarisieren. Sollte Artikel 13 in Kraft treten, sind Mixtapes kaum noch möglich - außer wir holen uns für jeden einzelnen Track eine schriftliche Erlaubnis und überreichen sie RUclips. Das das gar nicht umsetzbar ist ... daran denkt wohl im Parlament gar keiner. Man muss auch bedenken, wie viele DJ-Channels es da draußen gibt. Wie soll das funktionieren? Im Prinzip kann ich deine Frage mit "ja, aber ..." somit beantworten. Ich selbst gehe jedoch nicht davon aus, dass Artikel 13 so in Kraft treten wird. Selbst wenn - wer soll das umsetzen?
