Great info, Gus! 👍 Everett is more affordable, but Lynnwood’s light rail sounds really helpful. 🚆 Do you think home prices in Everett will go up when the light rail arrives? 🤔🏡

Without the light rail, Everett prices are up 6% from last year, I can definitely see that trend continuing especially when the light rail arrives.
