I've learned through mylife that we all have different talents and gifts, so we can use them together with others with different qualities, is like putting a puzzle together, every single piece is different but that doesn't mean they don't all fit together to make the Whole. Yes, the same maturity issues still exist today as they did back in the Old Testament times. Thank you for pointing out the boasted song(s) of those times for King David's war victories. They weren't "nice" songs and only reflected the events of those times. They would be seen as ungodly by today's social/intellectual standards but we're dealing with spirit not world. Not all life stories are full of ease and comfort. If that was so, then we'd all be like the rich young ruler. No heart for the Lord when called. You don't know what I have been through for God, and it wasn't nice. God calls the one's that can do his will and that may require you to roll up your sleeves then show the man. When the man comes around.
