If you go to England, get out of London - it's an over-priced, over-populated crap hole. There is Devon / Cornwall, Shropshire, Yorkshire, the Lake District, The Peak District and many other lovely parts of the country.. London isn't England. Parts of Wales too are equally as stunning as Scotland.
I honestly would not go to London if it wasn't for the collaboration, however, work is waiting for me there... As you say, I would like to visit other parts one day I am not really into big cities and things correlated with them.
