Hello Karen, there's nothing sets you up like a good old moan when things aren't done correctly - I really enjoy it and the older I get the more I moan because I'd have been too scared when I was younger - but there's no excuse for bad or slipshod service 😂. Don't put pressure on yourself to do the brioche - it sounds like you've cracked it - and if you haven't, it's not the end of the world. Hope the hay fever has gone and the boys have a great time having their sleepover x
You rant on all you want my dear! I don’t think we should accept shoddy service when we have to pay so much for anything these days! It sounds like they put no care into your service at all and it’s disgraceful. Glad your socks are going well and your colour choice is really lovely. Take care x
Hi Karen , just wanted to say ( and moan) I am so with you my car went to the dealership last week and the whole episode was a joke in terms of service what is wrong with these people The days of customer service are long gone I am afraid .
