The Chord at 8:12 is a Bbadd11 Chord, if I´m not completely mistaken.
What makes it even more interesting is that to fit in the key of the song it should be a minor chord, the minor parallel to be exact, but they decided to make it major, which is quite typical for 80s music, but very uncommon in todays usual pop music.
Yeah Max Martin is really talanted
@@holajesus9211 I think he's just a writer.. Someone else composes the music
@@amylase4742 nope he both produces and writes. He also sings most of the songs himself to show the artist how he wants it and apparently he is a really good Singer so it he wanted to he could release it himself but he is more comfortable being in the background.
Also this chord could named as A#add11. But in the key of the song (Cm) It would named like Bbadd11. Beautiful chord in my opinion.
@@holajesus9211 bruh ur talking like u were in the studio with them , the song is produced by : Max Martin, Oscar Holter and The Weeknd. nobody knows who did what exactly. + max was credited on most of the album so i don't think he sang and produced all the songs then gave them all to the weeknd
7:26 That was so smooth. My God
The happiest of coincidences
Please make a remake for “LOVE” by Kendrick Lamar!!!

i wish u could see my face when i listened to your version. this is 100% accurate
The kick and snare transients are too strong in the upper highs tbh
drums still aren't right and theyre so so important in this song, everything else is pretty good though!
Day 11 of asking Aiden for a maria im drunk Remake
bruh he HAS to
the beat on maria im drunk is literally so good
OMG YESSSSS
He’s got to do a rodeo and days before series
@@chrischiunye898 id like to see Blocka La Flame tbf, but idk if Aidan will ever do any Owl Pharaoh stuff, since it's a lot different from modern La Flame
Man this is impressive, the amount of detail you've been able to pull out is insane
The synth used in blinding lights is a native Flex preset, it's called "Aluminum Sun".
Exactly Bro ! That Sounds Really close
Hes just so entertaining deserves a grammy
The chord for minute 8:07 is Bb 11
It is a Major chord but with the tension of the eleventh (equivalent to the fourth) that is not resolved, it is like a chord in suspension, which waits for a resolution towards the third that never arrives, it remains as in the air. The interesting thing is that it does not become a suspended chord, since it also has the third, and it is like a particular coexistence that is generated between both notes, the third and the eleventh. Beautiful chord, Greetings from Argentina ... very good video!

It's a BbAdd11 because it's missing the Ab which would act as the dominant 7th, the addition of the Eb being the 4th/11th is without it's dominant 7th note (Ab) making the chord an Add 11 rather than an 11 chord.
The chord is known as "damn thats a big chord" :)
PLEASE DO no idea by don toliver next I beg

Shoutout to Aiden maaan, that’s crazy 4 remakes in one day??!!Brazy
Aiden always on fire 🔥. Like it's impressive how he makes the remake of songs . Not all producers can do that he has got some special skills. It's really helpful. I take a lot of ideas from your videos while I am producing. Thanks buddy you are doing a great job .
the drums were played on (i’m pretty sure) a LinnDrum drum machine, which is also famous for the drums of Stay (The Kid Laroi), and most of the Thriller album (Michael Jackson).
no one makes remakes this accurately and with such good editing. Thanks man
That's crazy how you find the sounds for this instrumental! it sounds identical ASF
As an abel fan, it felt so nice to see this vid. Underrated youtuber. 🔥🔥 Keep Growing.
Who else just jumped in here from the Panda remake? Premiere Gang🔥🔥🔥
Edit: Viele Deutsche hier😂🥵
sehr viele, warum auch immer😂
haha lol stimmt XD

South Tyrolians??🙋🏻♂️
Amazing job man! Keep it doing like this 🚀🔥
You make the most accurate remakes! Absolutely fire
Goat, it sounds perfect🙌🏻
Nice remake dude good job
I think the double hit in the end of the kick pattern is made with a different kick but all and all is perfect
Bro, you're the best in the game 🔥
BEEN WAITTTTINN
Perfectly !!
this is amazing work
the lead melody closely sounds like the original in the FLEX plugin - Comfort Input
FYE🔥🔥
Thank you so much!
What I learned from these remakes: sylenth>omnisphere
Sylenth got some shit sounds
@@no1u521 imo sylenth is good for some essential synth sounds like hypersaws etc
Can you also do "Heartless" by The Weeknd as well?
2:50 actually had to pause the video and go into FL to see this window for myself lmao I have never seen it before, thanks for showing these lil tricks with FL!
Amazing Remake!
The whole song used the Roland Juno 60, which you can find as a VST which is renamed TAL U-NO-62. Hope that helps.
Thank you somuch man
The legend is back!!!
Road to 100k! 🔥🔥❤️
On Point !!!
Best remakes in the yt ❤️
Thank you!
this dude is an a amazing producer
im a huge edm fan and its so cool seeing the vengance samples all the big djs/producers like martin garrix used to use in these new songs
it was max martin...
@@percydylann bruh read again
@@percydylann he produced the song but the samples were from edm packs
best, thanks
Just as an addition to the theoretical side of this track, its using an F Dorian mode which gives it the minor feel.
That last chord is a Bb add4 (or add11, however you want to look at it)
Keep it up
hahahaha nice video!!! i've been fucking loving your channel these last months :$$$
Flawless work bro u sick imma follow u
goated 🔥
You're a legend
this one will go crazy
a very similar sound to the main synth in blinding light can be found in anolog lab v its called silver dawn
Finally someone did that intro
Aiden you are my inspiration!!
You're too good, man!
Aiden (RC Retro Color) Kenway. Great video as always! 🔥🔥🔥
Always learn something from these covers.
This was so fookin accurate
Let's gooooooo 🔥
I'll give thumbs up before your videos starts.
The real synth patch in the song is a TAL U-NO-LX-V2 preset called “FN-Chordmachine-KEY”
how do you modify it so it sounds like the song? it sounds identical but it needs more tweaking, like can you give us the sauce for the knob tweaks?
Best one out there
The chord you mentioned at 8:11 is A#maj add4, just split over a lot of octaves
You could also say it as A#11 - but its easier to think of it like a normal chord spread with an extra 4th on top
You're a God
Best tutorial For Blinding lights
Even the bass synth on the intro is already accurate
I enjoy your remakes, Aiden! If you want a super accurate remake of Blinding Lights, I posted one on my channel a few months ago. Also has free download for Ableton users 🙏🏼
Facts! Best Remakes in the game!
Can you name remake of pillow talk by Zayn ....... It's a MASTERPIECE in producing side
i’m so happy bruh
Sound design on point (except for maybe the bass being 1:1, original has more of an attack on the LP) chord voicing is spot on, fills and mix are perfect. Drums sound a wee bit dry but everything else is spot on. Best remake I've heard in a while
The voice at the end is the weeknds actual voice not a preset from Omni
yo Aiden, I think the original lead preset is "Aluminum Sun" in FLEX, keep up with the remakes you're great
Goat
Ayee lets go
AYY
The sylenth license name had me 😂😂❤️
You can find the acurate presets in Reveal sounds Spire
just random comment i found a lot of the drums from 3500 by travis if you were trying to remake that
Best damn remake in the game indeed!
i saw a better one, you want the link?
Hey man, I just got addicted to your videos I'm watching everything!
I downloaded one flp project, but I wish you could put some of the "presets" save in the folder because my fl studio its the 12 version and I can't open your projects
throw grammy on him for best remakes of all time
Hey Ayden how did you just find all the samples😮. Just amazing
LESS GO
This is Why You My role model in music🏁🦅
last chord is a simple Eb major chord (III in the key of C minor), just with a simple suspended 4 on top giving it that kind of head-tilting anticipation of its resolution down to g, but we never really get that. A more complex way of naming that chord could be a Ebadd11, although I don't like this spelling as much as it doesn't imply the function of that Ab very well, as well as most major chords utilize a #11 to sound resolved.
There's an afetr hours Drum kit on reddit, its perfect
god bless your soul.
This guy's segues are on a different level
CR7 THANK YOU FOR THIS TUTOR♥️
I think in the verse part you can hear an 808 playing along with the acoustic bass
e jesi ga odsviro svaka cast
It's maybe late, but the bass in the intro is Hollywood brass from nexus.
That chord is just a regular Bb... Specifically, it's a Bb second inversion spanning the third and fourth octaves with octave root notes in the bass at the first and second octaves, with an added roote note on top in the 4th octave.
You can find the identical kick snare hi hat bass riser and clap in an after hours drum kit from reddit
Send it to me rn 🙏
Imagine remembering how you made your own beat yesterday let alone this one
Can you do a video on your process of figuring out how beats were made
I was looking through stock spunds and I think 707 kick inside of pack/drums/kicks in fl stock folders seem to be the identical kick sample.
I was thinking the same, but its not
