Yeah I don't think it's fair of the video to compare good ole fashioned, creative neighborhood lights by people using their own money verses organizations or cities hiring professionals to light up city centers. lol
I’ve done Christmas on the Big Island Hawaii . It was actually gorgeous at night with all the lights right at the Beach. We went to a Christmas themed Luau on Christmas Eve. It was fantastic.
I never really thought about all the big light festivals around the world at Christmas time, very cool! My wife and I just drove around our neighborhood a few nights ago and looked at all the houses lit up and blazing with different colors. Lots of fun!
As I grew up in Green Bay Wisconsin there was a house that would literally spend over 5000$ in lights and people would check it out every Christmas and play music and the lights would go with the music Sadly they moved when I got to my teen years but so many memories
Dyker heights during Christmas is known as dyker lights but during Halloween it’s known as dyker frights as they really go nuts decorating. Dyker heights is actually very close to LaGuardia airport so it’s a bit of a pain to hear stuff but they live with it.
I love Christmas decorations. Thanks for the video. Years ago, a neighbor of mine bought an entire mini Victorian village and used cotton for snow and filled their dining room. It was beautiful. They opened up their home to the public.
The Lego Christmas tree is actually done in sections with each tier arriving once a day over a week. It’s snapped together and wired on site slowly. The lights go in last. It’s removed by section too as it’s quick and quiet. Basically overnight they lose all the Christmas stuff in January. Same with Disney as it all disappears overnight. The new years banners go in for a day or two then switch to something else. It’s a very quick turnaround. The universal tribute store shuts just like that and it goes into another thing. Theme parks are seriously quick about getting things up and down.
Yeah and I was actually a ride operator at Legoland California a few month's ago before the world's first Lego Ferrari was built and the life sized Lego car can really only go about 20 MPH and was created in Denmark and shipped here to the US via freight.
The part of one of the most popular attractions for the Italy one, the ferris wheel, was actually the Texas Star ferris wheel at the State Fair of Texas fairgrounds in Dallas.
Where I live (New Mexico), many town houses, businesses and the plaza are decorated with lights and luminarias. They're small paper bags held down with sand, inside they contain a lit candle. (If you look it up, you'll see how beautiful it looks). In some towns, the main roads and highways are lined with luminarias. People will walk along those roads with prayers. Then there's the regular decorated houses. Happy holidays!!❄️☃️🎄
Christmas Lane in Kenosha WI has always been a go to. The residents on the street are required to decorate their house. The surrounding streets have joined in over the years. Best part is all they ask for is food donations for the local food pantry to help those in need during this time of the year.
My first Christmas in Florida was very warm. Shorts and tank top warm. It was so warm that people were having cookouts at the large parks in the area. Wonderful and bizarre
Grew up in NY living in St Augustine now, while it is cool its just not the same when its not cold or doesnt have snow. Wouldnt recommend Florida for Christmas
I don't know if anyone has suggested it to you, but if you love christmas lights and want to see amazing home displays, The Great Christmas Light Fight is a show you would go nuts for! Past seasons are currently on Disney+ if you want to check it out. Some of those displays are jaw-dropping, and it's all families putting them together. Some of the displays have music shows with them too!
My favorite Christmas memory as a kid was one particular street in my city that every single house coordinated their lights and put on a great display. They even had a Santa in the cul-de-sac that handed out Christmas snacks and treats to every car that stopped by. The 90s was a wild time.!
I live 30 miles north of St. Augustine. People will switch out a white light with a colored light in remembrance of someone who has passed on. We now look for the colored lights.
Crazy how in other countries it's the cities that do lights big but in America theres alot of regular people that do it....I mean our cities do it too just weird to not see lit up houses not everyone does it but alot do and Theres always that one person that go above and beyond in every state.
Thank you for sharing this video, gets me further in the Christmas mood. I also could not help but love it every time your faces lit up with smiles every time a new display was shown. Happy Holidays
For the first 53 years of my life I had very cold Christmas’s. For the last five I’ve had a much warmer Christmas in Arizona. It can be chilly here but not what I would call cold coming from Illinois.
There's an annual show on TV, The Great Christmas Light Fight, where home owners compete to show the best light display. There is a trophy and prize money for the winner. Here's a clip from this year. ruclips.net/video/HHPh4pnfl7Y/видео.html
We live just 10min from Brookgreen Gardens. I'd also like to add Longwood Gardens in southeast Pennsylvania & the town of McAdenville, NC aka Christmastown USA.
I'd venture to say that almost every city in the US has a neighborhood that goes over the top with Xmas decorations, here in Seattle the are several "candy cane lanes"
Loved it! We have a neighborhood here where I live called Harrison Blvd Everyone on both sides of the street go all out! The neighborhood is probably 3/4 of a mile and it's crazy! They do Halloween, Race For The Cure,Christmas, Easter. It's become a tradition !!
Quite a few neighborhoods around me all decorate their houses. Lots of traffic with people wanting to view the lights. It's so festive! And we are going to have a 78 degree Fahrenheit Christmas this year in Southern California. So yes, we're in shorts and flip-flops :D
In my town of Athens Ohio, there is a family that’s house gets decorated each year. Their lights are synced to a short-wave radio station in their house so as you drive up and park to watch, you can listen to the music and stories. Like one moment you’ll see lights showing Santa going down a chimney while that song plays (whatever it’s called). The next you see the lights setup looking like the grinch that make it look like he is walking away with the kids presents while the Grinch song plays. It’s awesome to watch, and the family only takes donations through the year to do it but i# free to all.
I grew up in the US outside Washington, DC. We usually have cold (not white) Christmas. My wife is from Central America where 20C is considered cold. Very different Christmas experience, but I got used to it.
You guys sound like you would like the great Christmas light fight. It’s a nationally televised Christmas light competition where the wining family gets 100000 dollars and specializes in those tacky displays that you guys mentioned
Wish there was a video that gives y'all a realistic visual of just the US or specifically Texas where I'm at. When I was growing up, there wasn't a house on our street without lights. Not insane synced to music stuff but everyone has lights up. Many ppl do go nuts tho and there could probly be a video for Texas alone. Search The Kringles in Round Rock, Tx. You're in the minority really if you don't have lights in Texas. Even apartments decorate balconies
I live in MI, US, so some yrs we have snow but not usually. I live on southern border. I can walk to Indiana or be in Ohio with short car ride. My son lives in mid MI, very middle of the mitten. (Put out your hand and you have MI,) aside from Upper Penninsula. Anyway, point of comment is i have always wanted to visit Australia and New Zealand at Christmas time and celebrate on the beach! I want to visit there anyway, but having Christmas in summer is such a foreign concept to me. I also want to visit UK, but in the summer. Don't need more cold and rain. I think its amazing that you have ancient castles, Roman wall and parts of buildings from before medieval times! Sooo cool. Of course, when people are born somewhere, it's not a big deal. I live less than an hr from Lake Mich and grew up in Pittsburgh PA where the term "yinz" for "you guys" is normal. Hope you enjoyed the book i just wrote. LOL. ❤ you guys. Brought me many happy hrs. Loved your time with Lawrence from Lost...Pond.
My nephew at Christmas we called him Clark. After he moved into a gated community his house went bland. All white lights and nothing else. It's fancy, but I might that Wow.
Thank you very much now I have the Mr. Heatmiser song from the claymation special The Year Without A Santa Claus. Do they air all they Claymation Cristmas Special in Jersey? If not you should check them out.
This is a fantastic Christmas home light show. I think you might enjoy this video titled. " Awesome Home Christmas Light Show. 100 Drones Sky Elements " . This display uses Drones , Lighting and Music. Enjoying your videos. Have a great Holiday.
Just for reference its been rumored that Americans decorate for Christmas the inside of our humongous refrigerators, not true we save it for our walk in Microwaves 😉!
Could you guys do a video reacting to popular american muscle cars, like the dodge challenger hellcat or the shelby gt500? There’s a british guy who has a youtube channel called “Autotrader” and he’s done videos on both of them
Number three I live in St Augustine Florida. Their lights was a disappointment. They are all white. Hell they could leave them on all year long. I was expecting Christmas lights. I live here stop that big a deal. William s
First 50 secs of the video has a few cuts due to copyright. all good after that though :D
Driving through neighborhoods that have houses with fascinating Christmas lights is a great experience.
So many love filled memories of taking our children to see Christmas lights and decorations... Happy times!! ❤️🎅🏼🎄🤶🏻❤️
Yeah I don't think it's fair of the video to compare good ole fashioned, creative neighborhood lights by people using their own money verses organizations or cities hiring professionals to light up city centers. lol

12:36 Miracle on 34th Street is a must-see Christmas attraction if you’re in Baltimore then
Second this!
Im from Baltimore and 34th street is a beautiful Baltimore tradition I used to go as a child and I also took my children 🎄🎄
I never really thought about all the big light festivals around the world at Christmas time, very cool! My wife and I just drove around our neighborhood a few nights ago and looked at all the houses lit up and blazing with different colors. Lots of fun!

Batesville Arkansas lets all the stores put an exhibit in the park. You can drive through it. So beautiful.
That was nice. Thank you.
The part of one of the most popular attractions for the Italy one, the ferris wheel, was actually the Texas Star ferris wheel at the State Fair of Texas fairgrounds in Dallas.
I live near Brookgreen Gardens and have checked out the Christmas candle display several times. May check it out again this year.
You two need to decorate your home epically and then post a video showing us your decor.
We are in a flat so can't do external but our tree and internal decs are on our Instagram :D
The 200 foot ferris wheel in Salerno is a direct replica of the ferris wheel at the state fair of Texas in Dallas Texas

I am in MI. Love that US towns incorporate charities such as food pantries and "toys for tots" as entrence price to festivities.

You two know how to have fun from our desk chairs. Thanks, and Happy Christmas
I go every year to night of a Thousand Candles. It's one of the things I look forward to each year.

There is no such thing as tacky during holidays! The more the better. Clark Griswold had the right idea in "Christmas Vacation"!!!
I live 30 miles north of St. Augustine. People will switch out a white light with a colored light in remembrance of someone who has passed on. We now look for the colored lights.

It will be about 26 C/79 F here in the Los Angeles area this Christmas, which is typical. We are just used to it. But...I would love snow or cold.
St. Augustine is great and it can be a nice drive through or walk through.
Merry Christmas 🎄
We live just 10min from Brookgreen Gardens. I'd also like to add Longwood Gardens in southeast Pennsylvania & the town of McAdenville, NC aka Christmastown USA.
Dang it and I was gonna send y’all pictures 😂😂
Another place to look up is Dyker heights in New York
I live in Dyker Heights Brooklyn the lights here are the Best in NYC.
I'd venture to say that almost every city in the US has a neighborhood that goes over the top with Xmas decorations, here in Seattle the are several "candy cane lanes"

Forecast in Phoenix is 65F on Christmas. As a child it could be -10F in Michigan. I will take 65.
You got to check out the RUclips channel holiday lights productions. This is not just a light show this is actual entertainment.
Wow! i love that Kobe light festival.

I grew up in Florida so I'm use to the warmer Christmas weather. I now live in Georgia and they are saying we may have snow this Friday.
My brother starts his decorating in October!! Then the electric meter starts racing around Thanksgiving Night!!
Merry Christmas Beesleys! 🎉🎄✝️
i second that! 🎄
I grew up in the US outside Washington, DC. We usually have cold (not white) Christmas. My wife is from Central America where 20C is considered cold. Very different Christmas experience, but I got used to it.
There's a company here in North Carolina that will put up and take down your Christmas lights for you and even store them for the rest of the year.
Speaking of cold, it's currently 0°F (-17°C) but feels like -13°F (-25°C) in Montana
You guys sound like you would like the great Christmas light fight. It’s a nationally televised Christmas light competition where the wining family gets 100000 dollars and specializes in those tacky displays that you guys mentioned
Well I live in Illinois and this year for Christmas it is suppose 6 degree and 4 inches of snow.
🎞🎄🎬
you should take a look at the Circle of lights in Indianapolis. personally i think it should have been on the list
Hey this is the video I suggested on discord lol

Hi Beesleys. I live in Los Angeles, CA, USA. This Christmas is forecasted to be 74° F (23.3° C) here.

For me, 1 out of 3 Christmases in my life have been tank tops and flip flops for the day...
I’ve lived in Florida for 60 years last Christmas was 90 degrees. This year will be high of 50. WTF😂😂😂☃️☃️☃️✌️💕🙏
Dyker Heights Brooklyn. My parents live there. The amount of visitors is not worth it in that quite neighborhood
I love the lights....but a 47 story shopping center?!
Love the way you say “Gwinch” and “Scwooge”. Happy Xmas ❤️🇨🇦🤓
My nephew at Christmas we called him Clark. After he moved into a gated community his house went bland. All white lights and nothing else. It's fancy, but I might that Wow.
Sweet!

The weather people are calling for a bad winter storm later this week. Not sure when I'm going to get to my family on other side of state for Xmas.
Just for reference its been rumored that Americans decorate for Christmas the inside of our humongous refrigerators, not true we save it for our walk in Microwaves 😉!
Cold Christmas here in Illinois USA
Does South America and Australia have warm Christmases? Is it summer time there during our winter?
What about Longwood Gardens?!?
Do a Livestream when you go see that one in France.
Yep they sold the display to Disney.
Could you guys do a video reacting to popular american muscle cars, like the dodge challenger hellcat or the shelby gt500? There’s a british guy who has a youtube channel called “Autotrader” and he’s done videos on both of them
