A now-deceased local surfer was able to send us this horrifying video he caught on his GoPro camera this morning before passing away at a nearby hospital. Seen in the grainy footage is a murderous surfing butcher hacking up an innocent surfer before laying waste to our unlucky filmer. The butcher was last seen leaving the water and no doubt on his way to an evening of terror. Be safe out there tonight...
