Kid and Law's victory against Big Mom was a strategic victory, where Law isolated the yonko so that she would not continue absorbing souls from the surroundings and could not get stronger, so they could finish her off. Kid was always suicidal, Kaido spared his life but Shanks apparently did not. Even so, he and Killer could never defeat Shanks, his commanders and the giants.

No one would have stopped this attack but shanks. He was able to predict an attack from happening one min at least. He's definitely a very strong melee character. I was impressed. This ability can possibly face characters with speed of light, and I believe his attack can hurt anyone. He didn't even touch kid, which shows it's an atomic level attack.

Kid literally took damage from the Damned Punk and Shanks ACoC, it think a direct slash would've just decapitated Kid as the slash went above his head.
We gotta give credit where credit is due. Sure, Kid is no threat to Shanks but Kid is a threat to all of Shank's friends and crewmates. Say what you want but Damned Punk would have sunk multiple ships and killed multiple people. We gotta give credit where credit is due. Sure, Kid is no threat to Shanks but Kid is a threat to all of Shank's friends and crewmates. Say what you want but Damned Punk would have sunk multiple ships and killed multiple people. Although I feel that many times the animation of the fights in One Piece have become very...strobe lights (many lights in a single second) I would say that it is almost the same as looking at an emergency vehicle beacon 😆😂, anyway there are still many More epic moments in this arc, all you have to do is enjoy them 😉
