mid to new players their account will fall behind in progress for wasting tons on resources if they ignore the R dolls and focus on SR dolls instead, the amount of materials on average to level 5 an SR is way higher than leveling an R from 1 to 15 and getting a free 5 levels on the SR.
Sky already made a video showing all the math that was done and calculations to determine if it was better to focus on Rs first or SRs first, contrary to popular belief the R dolls are more efficient to level up in term of saving resources. But if u believe SR are the way to go, nobody should stop you, Ur Mats Ur Decisions, U decide how far or behind of the curve u will be, in terms of progression of ur account, the resources in NIKKE are extremely timegated and very scarce, so its ur decision if u want to use them inefficiently or not, if u want to progress with a unit in 4 months or in 2 months.

Just got the favorite item for Laplace, and oh my god. But it raises some interesting concerns and consideration. Laplace's passive goes from "with last round" to "with full charge". Meaning for overload gear and cubes 'extra ammo capacity' went from detrimental to pure gold. Guess I am glad I haven't modified much gear yet.
My Laplace outdamages my Red Hood by a good 15-20% in damage. BOTH are fully invested - 10/10/10, 5/5/5/5 overload gear, fairly optimized substats, and Red Hood is MAX CORE and Laplace is +4 core. It's kinda bonkers. I'm also 1 day away from getting her Favorite item to lvl 3. I'm very excited to be able to start working on Viper's favorite item now.
The grind is insane.. should have diesel one done in a few days to a week.. they need to half the mats needed imo.. or at the very least allow us to test before acquiring I want to work on Vipers next but who even knows if it's good
I got crazy luck on my viper favorite item. I got great success on all levels (x3 great success). The first success was 10 gold maintenance, followed by the second and the then the third was 10 purples. The reason I did purples last is because in my opinion since gold maint is harder to get and gives best chance of great success then you're better off buffering the smaller maint boxes in order to boost the odds by going up a level. So if phase 3 level 0 gives 15% great success on gold maints then you can either gamba the 15 or run the purple maints at 5% instead. Then if you fail but go up a level the gold maint success rate should increase. TLDR. I use gold maints early and lower rarity later for highest great success odds.
I'm really glad that I waited to see how the leveling system for these items work. I have four of the rocket launcher Rs just waiting to be used 💀 This solo raid gave me a second wind fr.

It looks like I'm going to have to waste this month SR selector on an MG doll for my Diesel, which is the only character with a treasure that's actually ready for an SR doll. I can't get dupes of Laplace to drop to save my life, and she's been stuck on LB0 for like 5 months, and I never bothered pulling for Exia or Frima. But I have an SR doll for every SMG user in the game, and then some.
That's the way to do it. Putting R dolls on characters you don't use is like putting gear on characters you don't use. It might be worth putting faction specific gear on Nikke's due to drop rarity but that gear is better off going to overload the characters carrying in different game modes. That said, it's worth putting R Dolls on the characters you use alot but with Solo mode online it's better to hold and see if the SSR's drop for one character you need and save the 'pick a doll' crate for your favourite item Nikke... Or Red Hood.

I reached lvl 15 fave item for laplace just now, but I cant convert it cause it sais I need to have her bond lvl to 30, does that mean we need to have them at LB3 as well?
Pretty sure they are purely to level it up once you get it you get the first skill automatically then to get the 2nd skill takes 50 favorite item bits then for the 3rd 110 favorite item bits (should note haven't done it myself just from what I've seen/read so might not be entirely accurate)
Exia does DMG and supports Electric code allies. Viper supports sustained DMG,Buffs hit rate and reenters the burst stage 2 similar to Tia, Diesel is the best tank in game now and supports MG units, Frima supports true DMG but there are not enough units that do that. I recommend Exia or Viper but there all good
A question related to the previous video, is it worth to go for dupes for either Summer Anis, Rosanna and Sakura? ( i would like to go up to mlb3, and with the pretense of having some cash and pity to spend) if yes which one should i go for and better pull it or pitying? Can someone help me?
S. Anis is the better all around character and is going to be relevant in more content than either S. Sakura or S. Rosanna. That being said, none of these characters need to be MLB'd. You should only MLB these characters if you want their wallpaper.

I can't get Pilgrim gear to save my life, but I have enough Abnormal gear to outfit every collab character in the game 3 times over.

If you have crown I recommend putting the MG on her since her buffs scales from stats but if you use Diesel a lot then it's still a good choice

This is how I've been doing it. Sacrifice the Rs for SRs. Just got laplus favorite item myself and I don't refresh.
Favourite items are a bit confusing to me, but from several videos I've seen on this topic, I think this might've been a waste of resources.
