Thank you for the video. I was watching another video and someone mentioned that using tags and categories on your blog for seo is actually hurtful for your website since google labels it as repetitive content. Is this something to keep in mind when using tags/categories or is that just bad advice? They mentioned to make sure that it’s hidden from search results and to turn it off if you use them.
Great question LeeAnne! The CONTENT of the blog post is wayyyyyy more important/weighed more heavily for SEO by Google/other search engines than tags & categories. You should be focused on creating high quality long form blog posts.... and then I recommend still using T&Cs especially if it helps with organization of your blog post content :)
