practice doesnt make perfect. practice makes permanent. the only kind of practice that makes perfect, is perfect practice....and this isnt it. this is making very poor form permanent.

How do u hit a speed bag like a rookie? You’re either working the bag or you’re not.. it’s not really something that has a skill gap once u learn how to work it. As soon as you learn it, you’ve basically hit the ceiling.

It builds arm stamina. Go throw punches (even light ones) rapidly until your arms feel like falling off. If you're not used to it, you wont last very long at all. Like, less than a minute.
