if this is set before ALIENS how does the android know Ripley survived and blasted it out the airlock?
Between movie 1 and 2. They are either still looking for Ripley or have located her.
I think it sets up quite clearly that WY knew about Ripley drifting out there long before she was found by that other hauler and left her there intentionally as not to deal with the fallout of their actions. This feels heavily implied in other iterations of the series but is confirmed here.
@@khanyisatv I guess it just needed more explaining in the movie for people like me then, same as how they got facehuggers from big chap and how they bagged up the facehuggers in pouches... they say they reverse engineered the alien but ...how do you get a facehugger if you didn't know what a facehugger was?....
Do it PLAY THE GAME PLEASE
I liked the movie but I also feel like I forgot it the moment I stepped out of the movie theatre. It’s just not very memorable. Also, when Ripley ran around fighting aliens you could see her terror, she was grimy and sweaty. This girl, not a drop of sweat on her. Unless she’s also an android I just felt it missed it’s mark.
You should review every movie based on how much sweat it should or shouldn’t have. Make that your letterboxed gimmick.
lmao ridiculous
Blade runner and alien are not set in the same universe. This was debunked by Ridley himself.
Maybe because iam old . 46.
Fan of the alien saga .
But I hate prometheus
I hate more , covenant .
Confuse with Romulus .
Confuse with timeline
Confuse with 3d print technology
And the new creature at the end , ridiculous .
I am done with Alien movie .
2024
So many brains on earth , and they can’t do a good script .
My favorite part in the Romulus movie is when the elevator can’t work because no gravity ^^ very funny ^^
An elevator who work with cable , on space ^^
It’s like the med pod only calibrage for men on prometheus .
Big joke ^^
Well….
65% of movie is great... but the final boss... stink XD.
the copy every famous scene of previous movies movie, everything is the exact same with the bland plagiarist twist stolen from some other franchise.
if you get a blade runner vibe from this then i have to tell you that they in fact take place in the same universe it's been confirmed by Ridley Scott
Eh, personally for me, unless its established in the movies or their respective expanded media I don't consider it canon... Especially if it's coming from that rambling old codger in an interview.
@@refurbishedtechpriest9076 as fast as I’m concerned word of god is as good as gold when it comes to canonization
@@alexandertheprotogen6180 Yeah, but he isn't a god now, is he? He may have contributed to ALIEN becoming what it was, but he wasn't alone in the endeavor and I would go so far as to as the writers and Giger are the original "gods" of this franchise, not the director who only does good work when he has a good script and cast to work with.
@@refurbishedtechpriest9076 still fox and Disney say it’s cannon and they own the ip
React to Andor?
Come on, it’s not rocket science they created the facehugger nothing to do with any planet
