SHAWOLS READ THIS: here's a bit of tough love. we love Taemin, and he is an absolute star. every single person who knows about Taemin can not question is abilities as a performer or the quality of his music. *we are not mainstream, and cannot compete with numbers against acts that are mainstream* Taemin has never decided to go the mainstream route despite people suggesting it to him, and SM has never marketed him that way. and this goes hand in hand with how we as a fandom have NEVER been into streaming or voting, especially now 12 years after they debuted. streaming culture simply never existed back then, and now a good portion of the core fanbase are busy with real life and cannot stream and vote with multiple accounts all day the way younger fandoms can. and by the looks of it, SM will not promote SHINee or Taemin with the same amount of effort ever again. so it will be very unlikely that we will be able to top the charts or get hundreds of millions of views. *but so what???* does this mean Taemin is not a great artist? does this mean that this is all meaningless? NO. we love SHINee for SHINee, even if they don't get trophes, even if SM doesn't push them, and even if nobody else gives them a chance. I saw this on Twitter: If there are only 10 fans of Taemin, I will be one of them. If there are only 5 fans of Taemin, I will be still be one of them, And if there are 0 fans of Taemin, then surely I must not be on the planet anymore. But that's an extreme example. We actually did really well for NGDA! #1 on iTunes in 32 countries, 110,000+ first week physical sales, topping Genie a few times, views on the MV are increasing faster than they ever have for Taemin's MVs, and it feels like every day another idol comes forward with something sweet to say about Taemin as their role model. And we even got #1 in the pre-vote for Music Corr yesterday! These are all signs that we are still achieving growth TWELVE WHOLE YEARS after debut. What other acts in Kpop have this kind of longevity? What other acts in Kpop can say that every group has at least 1 member who is a ShaWol? Let's be realistic and positive. We will try our best to do what we can, but we can not beat ourselves up when we are outnumbered 500 to 1 or more. We have never been strong in numbers, we have never really focused on numbers directly. We are a fandom that instead brags about setting the trend, showing something new, reaching new artistic heights, being genuinely very good people praised by everyone around them, and wow-ing others with their undeniably amazing live performances. To stan SHINee is to stan TALENT that you believe in, even if there are millions of people who don't know it.

TaemLog is just easy-going like that and I sooo love it the way it is.. same with SHINee’s other shows with this format.. same as SHINee’s Back and KeyLog.. just natural.. SHINee in their usual selves.
Saw Ravi close up this morning and cant wait to see the other part. Ravi's questions was interesting and Taemin was very relaxed and honest. It even chocked me to learn Taemin was thinking and feeling the same than me about an already planned robot life ( study, employee, wedding,children, retirement...). Thank to his mother and his strong will he could avoid it for our joy! Taemin your dream of being remembered, I think like a role model as Michael Jackson or any great artist is already building up. Zeuse i think i have watched a video about how the padding squad was established.. weekly idol if i’m not mistaken. ravi was close with jongin first and then got introduced to taemin and the others.

N & Leo with Xiumin (maybe because they're the same age), Leo with Suho and Lay (it was mention in Starshow 360 exo episode) & Hongbin T_T with Suho (it was reported that they have group chat with B1A4 Gongchan). And i think the rest members are close too base on the interaction that was caught in the camera. Hope that their friendship last forever and keep support VIXXO ❤

Saw Ravi close up this morning and cant wait to see the other part. Ravi's questions was interesting and Taemin was very relaxed and honest. It even chocked me to learn Taemin was thinking and feeling the same than me about an already planned robot life ( study, employee, wedding,children, retirement...). Thank to his mother and his strong will he could avoid it for our joy! Taemin your dream of being remembered, I think like a role model as Michael Jackson or any great artist is already building up. Be yourself, enjoy new things, stay open like you said and everything will be fine.
