The Late David Lindley These Days - audio instrumental isolation

- The instrumental poet David Lindley died recently. 'He became his admirers.'
This is his eloquent slide guitar accompaniment to Jackson Browne's song These Days from his album For Everyman, without the words. Jackson wrote, 'Words have never been enough to describe what David Lindley brought to a song'.
First heard on For Everyman years ago by an increasingly distant shore in a rising tide of overwhelm and thirst.* Whenever I hear it again I feel as if I'm still there. I'm sure it's still here.

A Rickenbacker lapsteel through a Dumble amp in the graceful hands of Mr. Dave,
Gawd, how I miss him. Thank you.
.
This was the first song I heard that made me a David Lindley fan for life. There are many fantastic musicians but there are only a few that are so unique and special that they touch your soul. I will be for ever thankful for his gift that he shared with us. Much missed but always loved.
Thank you for this post. What software did you use to get such a quality audio. The ones I have tried tend to have minor dropouts in the vocal parts.
Thanks SJB. I used AudioStrip, online and free, here: www.audiostrip.co.uk/
Thank you for the reply and link, I have given it a whirl and it is sounds good. @@marleyjake
Damn I miss David Lindley. Such empathy
A Gem .
Well, I've been out walking
I don't do that much talking these days
These days
These days I seem to think a lot
About the things that I forgot to do for you
And all the times I had the chance to
And I had a lover
But it's so hard to risk another, these days
These days
Now, if I seem to be afraid
To live the life that I have made in song
Well, it's just that I've been losin' for so long
Well, I'll keep on movin', movin' on
Things are bound to be improving these days
One of these days
These days I'll sit on corner stones
And count the time in quarter tones to ten, my friend
Don't confront me with my failures
I had not forgotten them
