I would surely suggest Cello fountain pen i have also used it but for writing officiak notes and examination it will not be good cause after sone days or months the writing literally 80 percent got vanished!!!! Metropolitan is the best pen
The preppy needs to be cleaned really well if one needs to change the ink as the feed cannot be detached completely, otherwise the old ink ink will react with the new one. If one is able to do this the Preppy is the best pen under 500.

Agreed. Preppy is awesome in terms of nib smoothness and writing experience. The workaround for convertors is to fill the cartridge using a syringe or to eyedropper it. I have 3 preppys and have converted them into eyedropper. By far the best pen in this price range, even better than most 800-900 rs. pens.
I feel like the Parker Vector Metallix and the Vector series in general are kind of cheaply built for the price. The nib is far too feedbacky for my taste. I prefer fountain pens like the Baoer 79 Starwalker and the Jinhao 35 since both of them are fully metal, are incredibly well built, have a good weight to them, write flawlessly and are a bargain for the performance

Finally fountain pens with pistons. Sometimes cartridges of fountain pens cost as much as the fountain pen itself.
Why can't you inject ink in the cartridge via injection? I have been doing that for a long time.
