Thanks for the video, which clearly shows the classic corrosion issue with L400. Question: After applying the Fluid Film, why not also plug up the front opening of these frame beams, such that water is prevented from entering in the first place? Maybe spray just a bit of expanding foam at the beam opening to plug it up? What do you think? Thanks again for all your helpful videos!👍

Hey, Brad! I won't plug front openings it also improves ventilation inside the frame to let metal to dry up faster. Moisture can get in inside anyway.

Why didn't you use Black Fluid Film instead?

I think black Fluid Film just contains some Graphite otherwise identical but a lot more expensive than the regular one.

You don't need Fluid Film Black - is just for looks, and it costs more.

@@PistonShack Me too, I even reject any other color than the Green/Gray......but I have a bit of a lift and 31 inch M/Ts

@@jackharper3190 That's better option for out of paved roads driving! M/Ts are great on dirt, rocks and gravel for sure. I am planing to put AT tires (same size) instead of regular HWYs cruisers.

Stop running the engine blow by back through the turbo. This will Kill You Car..... Vent the blow by from the rocker cover to atmosphere through a catch can.

I see your point! Do you have any recommendations or examples how to do it on Delica? Thanks!

@@PistonShack You can find lots of videos/web documents on putting a catch can on a 4M40 - I got a cheap can with high flow; you don't want one that will restrict flow and increase crankcase pressure. I vent mine back into the intake, but the can works for most blowby oil.
