Unlike Jackson who learned it earlier than him and it is a fact that it is harder to learn another language at an older age but he communicated well. There is room for improvement and I think he can do better. Besides, mandarin, cantonese and thai celebs usually hire interpreters during fan meets. The important thing is he is making an effort to speak the language he is trying to learn.

Considering he spent most of his school years training in Korea and learning Korean, I think he makes good use of the bit English he does know and is able to get his point across (which is the most important part!). He's a smart and hardworking guy and could definitely improve his English if he spent some time on it.

Gank Your Heart mentioned at 2:03 was worth watching, and i am not a fan of games but i liked their approach from the strategic aspect and team collaboration. And it had a good balance between comedy, bromance and romcom that was easy to digest. Compared to other gaming tv shows where either it's all about the romance, or too much focus on games and for non gamers it is tough to follow along. That being said, i did learn a bit about the world of gaming beyond just as a hobby and that was a nice too.
RE: Gank Your Heart -- I didn't know about Wang Yibo when I first watched it. I almost dropped it because of the annoying female MC. I was cursing at the screen for the first 10-12 episodes 'coz of how they wrote her character. It got better towards the middle and end of the drama. If they didn't have her and they just focused on the gaming and the team and brotherhood, it would have been a lot better. After this drama, I stumbled on The Untamed, then DDU and then Uniq, and then I'm all about Wang Yibo! ^^
I felt you about the female character's part! It makes me so angry when you can see obviously they put more time to write the male lead's character with better development but the female lead is some dumb trouble maker who easily gets teased and humiliated cause probably it's so funny! gets deceived, ends up being in a lot of troubles and the male lead or other men should always come and protect her, and you see she is hella crying all the time. Many audiences of these types of dramas are young girls, or young people it effects their unconscious mind that girls are normally like this, good girls always need protection! Thankfully the gank your heart female role was exactly like this! She was even crying till the last episode. In my idea nothing would've been lost if the romantic part was omitted it was so bad written. Just some repetitive cliches kept happening till the end. their competitions was the only exciting part. Good thing for you, you watched it first before TU 😂.

Gank Your Heart mentioned at 2:03 was worth watching, and i am not a fan of games but i liked their approach from the strategic aspect and team collaboration. And it had a good balance between comedy, bromance and romcom that was easy to digest. Compared to other gaming tv shows where either it's all about the romance, or too much focus on games and for non gamers it is tough to follow along. That being said, i did learn a bit about the world of gaming beyond just as a hobby and that was a nice too.

RE: Gank Your Heart -- I didn't know about Wang Yibo when I first watched it. I almost dropped it because of the annoying female MC. I was cursing at the screen for the first 10-12 episodes 'coz of how they wrote her character. It got better towards the middle and end of the drama. If they didn't have her and they just focused on the gaming and the team and brotherhood, it would have been a lot better.
After this drama, I stumbled on The Untamed, then DDU and then Uniq, and then I'm all about Wang Yibo! ^^
I felt you about the female character's part! It makes me so angry when you can see obviously they put more time to write the male lead's character with better development but the female lead is some dumb trouble maker who easily gets teased and humiliated cause probably it's so funny! gets deceived, ends up being in a lot of troubles and the male lead or other men should always come and protect her, and you see she is hella crying all the time. Many audiences of these types of dramas are young girls, or young people it effects their unconscious mind that girls are normally like this, good girls always need protection! Thankfully the gank your heart female role was exactly like this! She was even crying till the last episode. In my idea nothing would've been lost if the romantic part was omitted it was so bad written. Just some repetitive cliches kept happening till the end. their competitions was the only exciting part. Good thing for you, you watched it first before TU 😂.
