A well explanated video about your way to bring this model to this great result in the end.
Nice to see the steps, which was nessesary to achieve this.
Your good detailed paintwork has brought this UM Model directly on a higher level.
Have anice weekend, Vlad. Greetings, Joachim

Amazing work at that scale, and I think you overcame the unfortunate varnish issue perfectly.

It became a very nice model, I'm sure your friend will be happy! I built this kit (on my Instagram) too, and you're right. It's a great little kit if you improve a few parts. Even though the varnish ruined the 'perfect model', it still opened up the sideroad of weathering! Very nice result!🤩👏🔥🔥

I have a big question!))) Where did you find this stowage?)

@@noqualitydioramas I used the Black Dog stowage set (T72079), but in order for them to fit properly to the model, I had to make some adjustments. Like putting tarps underneath the big resin parts and having to cut a few sections off of the circles on the turret. But all in all it does add interest to the model!

UM's Sherman based models are perfect "the Eastern European way." 😄 I like them a lot. The only thing I would recommend UM to improve is the tracks are a bit too narrow. 👍 I built a few of their M36 and Sherman tanks before, and still have quite a bit in my pile that are not yet opened. There is no doubt the Sherman kits from Dragon Model are still the best on the market, however, UM's Sherman kits are almost as good as the Dragon kits (definitely the best alternative, also Dragon doesn't have M10, M36, M12, M7, etc.).

Yes, UM has such tank models that some companies haven't even thought about. I keep thinking that UM models can be improved with 3D printing details and I hope I can do it in my next work. Thank you for your comment and recommendation for a new model company for me)

The model seems to have good detail for a budget kit, but the quality of the molds seem a bit lacking with all thise sink marks, but that can all be corrected.
Great paintjob, looks ace! Really elevated the model.

Great work! That 'misting' of varnish always sucks but you manage to save the model ☝️! I think UM kits are quite good but they used to be dificult to get.

In fact, I am very glad that I manage to be friends with the UM company. And I am incredibly happy that they continue to make new models. The only thing that did not work out well is that I cannot offer my subscribers discounts on these models, but this can be fixed in the future, I will find a way))) P.S. Thank you for kind words)

You’re honest, but I think you are too hard on yourself. For an UM model it is very good.

Hi. I think that you are being to hard on yourself. Your models are something to be proud of. The sinkmarks are not normal on tanks so they need to be filled which I think you did. The seam on the turret rear interior should also have been filled. Being an open topped vehicle it will always be visible , maybe cover it with some crew equipment. The tyres on the spare wheels on the front glacis also should be painted black or black grey which is my preferred tyre colour. These are not criticisms just observations so I hope this helps. Your work with the airbrush is very good. I always spray my vehicles with rattle cans first as a base coat and then I use acrylics by hand to apply washes and stains. I don,t think that my models come close to yours as your work is excellent. I,m sorry that you don,t have any model shows in your country at the moment for obvious reasons. But know that here in the U.K. you have a supporter and a friend and admirer. Stay safe and stay strong and keep modelling. You are a great asset to the hobby and a inspiration to us all. Well done and good luck.
